Amundi Physical Metals plc: Final Terms
Amundi Physical Metals plc has issued the final terms for its ETC Securities under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. This issuance involves 123,500 ETC Securities, representing Tranche 589 of the Amundi Physical Gold ETC.
These ETC Securities are regulated under the Prospectus Regulation and adhere to terms defined in the Base Prospectus dated May 20, 2019, supplemented by documents from March 2020 and July 2024. The new tranche will be issued on August 23, 2024, and will mature on May 23, 2118.
The authorisation for issuance was obtained on April 25, 2019. Key participants include HSBC Bank plc and Jane Street Financial Limited, among others. The Total Expense Ratio is set at 0.12% per annum. The Metal Entitlement for this tranche is 0.03970798 fine troy ounces of gold per ETC Security.
These securities will be listed on Euronext Paris, Amsterdam, the Deutsche Börse, Borsa Italiana, and the London Stock Exchange, among others. The estimated total net proceeds from the issue is approximately USD 12.25 million, with related expenses totaling EUR 3,000.
