Amundi Physical Metals plc: Final Terms Announced
Amundi Physical Metals plc has released the final terms for its latest issuance under the Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. The new tranche, numbered 587, involves the issuance of 227,200 Amundi Physical Gold ETC securities.
The terms are based on the Base Prospectus dated 20 May 2019 and supplemented documents, with the latest dated 26 July 2024. The total aggregate number of ETC securities following this issue will be 52,429,855. The initial metal entitlement per security is 0.04 fine troy ounces, reducing to 0.03970994 at the subscription trade date.
The scheduled maturity date for these securities is 23 May 2118, with a nominal amount set at USD 5.085. The total expense ratio is fixed at 0.12% per annum. The securities will be listed on several major exchanges, including Euronext Paris and the London Stock Exchange.
The authorised participants involved are prominent financial institutions, including HSBC Bank plc and Merrill Lynch International. The estimated total net proceeds of the issue are USD 21,621,919.68, with total expenses related to the admission estimated at €3,000.
