Amundi Physical Metals plc: Final Terms for ETC Securities Issuance
Amundi Physical Metals plc has announced the final terms for the issuance of 20,000 Exchange-Traded Commodities (ETC) Securities under the Amundi Physical Gold ETC series. These securities are part of Tranche 588 and are issued under the Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme.
Following this issuance, the total series will consist of 49,062,855 securities. The initial metal entitlement at the series issue date is 0.04 fine troy ounces, while for the relevant tranche it stands at 0.03970902. The series issue date is May 23, 2019, with this particular tranche issued on August 15, 2024. The maturity date is set for May 23, 2118.
The issuance has secured regulatory approval from the Central Bank of Ireland. The total expense ratio is 0.12% per annum. Participants include HSBC Bank plc, Jane Street Financial Limited, Flow Traders B.V., Optiver VOF, BNP Paribas Arbitrage SNC, Merrill Lynch International, and Virtu Financial Ireland Limited.
Applications for listing and trading have been made on Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, Deutsche Börse, Borsa Italiana, the London Stock Exchange, and the International Quotation System of the Mexican Stock Exchange. The estimated net proceeds from the issue amount to USD 1,962,856.00.
