Amundi Physical Metals plc: Final Terms for UK Issuance
Amundi Physical Metals plc has announced the final terms for the issuance of its ETC Securities under the Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. The latest tranche consists of 873,000 ETC Securities, bringing the aggregate number to over 60 million. Each unit is backed by 0.03967756 fine troy ounces of gold, reflecting the Metal Entitlement at the Subscription Trade Date.
The ETC Securities, primarily linked to gold prices, are set to mature on May 23, 2118. With an annual Total Expense Ratio of 0.12%, they are issued on a nominal amount of USD 5.085, representing 10% of the issue price. Various prominent financial entities, such as HSBC and Merrill Lynch, have been designated as authorized participants.
The securities will be listed on several major exchanges, including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, and the London Stock Exchange. The initiative aims to provide investors exposure to gold price fluctuations, according to the Current Base Prospectus.
