Amundi Physical Metals plc: Final Terms for UK Issuance
Amundi Physical Metals plc recently finalized the terms for issuing 15,000 ETC Securities in a new tranche of its Amundi Physical Gold ETC series. These securities are part of the firm’s Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. The issue date for this tranche is set for 9 July 2024, although the series originated on 23 May 2019.
The new issuance brings the total number of ETC Securities in the series to 49,435,755. Each security holds an initial metal entitlement of 0.04 fine troy ounces of gold. The entitlement on the subscription trade date is slightly lower at 0.03971412 ounces.
These securities will be listed and traded on several major exchanges, including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, Deutsche Börse, Borsa Italiana, the London Stock Exchange, and the Mexican Stock Exchange. The total expense ratio associated with this issuance is 0.12% per annum.
Authorized participants for this offering include notable financial institutions such as HSBC Bank plc, Jane Street Financial Limited, and Merrill Lynch International. The nominal amount per ETC Security is USD 5.085, with a specified interest amount of USD 0.051.
