Amundi Physical Metals plc: Final Terms of Gold ETC Issuance
Amundi Physical Metals plc has announced the final terms for the issuance of its Amundi Physical Gold ETC securities. A tranche of 40,200 ETC Securities is being issued as Tranche 612 of the series. These securities are part of the Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme, linked to gold prices.
The issuance date for these securities is set for October 29, 2024, with a scheduled maturity date extending to May 23, 2118. Investors are to receive a metal entitlement of 0.03969949 fine troy ounces per ETC Security as of the subscription trade date of this tranche. Major authorized participants in this issuance include notable financial entities such as HSBC Bank plc and BNP Paribas Arbitrage SNC.
This tranche will be available for trading on several major stock exchanges including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, and the London Stock Exchange. The total nominal amount for each ETC Security is fixed at USD 5.085, with a total expense ratio of 0.12% per annum.
