Amundi Physical Metals PLC Finalizes Issue of 60,000 ETC Securities
On June 11, 2024, Amundi Physical Metals plc announced the final terms for its latest issue of ETC Securities under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. This tranche, Tranche 558, consists of 60,000 ETC Securities specifically linked to the price of gold.
The ETC Securities will be admitted to trading on several prominent exchanges, including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, Deutsche Börse, Borsa Italiana, London Stock Exchange, and the International Quotation System of the Mexican Stock Exchange.
The initial metal entitlement for this issuance is set at 0.03971908 fine troy ounces. The nominal amount per ETC Security is set at USD 5.085, with a specified interest amount of USD 0.051.
The issue date for this tranche is May 30, 2024, with a scheduled maturity date of May 23, 2118. Amundi has committed to a total expense ratio of 0.12% per annum for these securities.
HSBC Bank plc, Jane Street Financial Limited, and several other financial institutions are authorized participants in this offering.
