Amundi Physical Metals plc: Issuance of 474,200 ETC Securities
Amundi Physical Metals plc has announced the final terms for the issuance of 474,200 ETC Securities under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. These ETC Securities fall under Tranche 590 of the Amundi Physical Gold ETC series and are scheduled to be issued on 27 August 2024.
Authorized participants for this tranche include HSBC Bank, Jane Street Financial, Flow Traders, Optiver, BNP Paribas Arbitrage, Merrill Lynch International, and Virtu Financial Ireland. The total expense ratio for these securities is set at 0.12% per annum.
The securities are projected to yield an initial metal entitlement of 0.04 fine troy ounces, decreasing marginally over time. These ETC Securities will be listed for trading on Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, Deutsche Börse, Borsa Italiana, London Stock Exchange, and the International Quotation System of the Mexican Stock Exchange.
The estimated total net proceeds from this issue amount to USD 46,753,559.32, with estimated expenses for trading admission at €3,000.
