Amundi Physical Metals plc: Issuance of Final Terms for Gold ETC Securities
Amundi Physical Metals plc has announced the final terms for its latest tranche of Exchange Traded Commodities (ETC) Securities. Issued under the Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme, this tranche includes 226,000 Amundi Physical Gold ETCs. The issue date for this tranche is set for May 8, 2025, bringing the total number of securities in the series to over 61 million.
The ETC Securities are linked to gold, offering investors exposure to its market price. With a metal entitlement of 0.03967429 fine troy ounces per security, they are set to mature in May 2118. These securities are listed on various exchanges, including Euronext Paris and the London Stock Exchange, with an expected net proceed of over $30 million.
Five authorized participants, including HSBC Bank plc and BNP Paribas, have been designated to handle the distribution. Amundi aims to offer investors an attractive opportunity to invest in gold, with a total expense ratio of 0.12% per annum.
