Amundi Physical Metals plc: Issue of New ETC Securities
Amundi Physical Metals plc has released the final terms for their latest tranche of ETC Securities under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. The new issuance, comprising 86,700 ETC Securities as part of the Amundi Physical Gold ETC series, follows the base prospectus dated 20 May 2019. These ETC Securities provide investors with exposure to gold, featuring an initial metal entitlement of 0.04 fine troy ounces per security.
The securities, due to mature on 23 May 2118, will see their tranche issued on 27 March 2025. The total expense ratio is set at 0.12% per annum. HSBC Bank plc, Jane Street Financial Limited, and several other financial institutions have been authorized participants for this issuance.
Applications for trading have been made on several major stock exchanges, including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, the Deutsche Börse, and the London Stock Exchange. The ETC Securities aim to provide an investment avenue for those seeking to gain exposure to gold prices.
