Amundi Physical Metals plc Issues Final Terms for 390,000 ETC Securities
Amundi Physical Metals plc has released the final terms for the issuance of 390,000 ETC Securities under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. These ETC Securities, part of the Amundi Physical Gold ETC, are denoted as Tranche 553. According to the final terms, the series issue date is set as 23 May 2019, and the relevant tranche will be issued on 17 May 2024.
The initial metal entitlement per ETC Security is 0.04 fine troy ounces, with the entitlement adjusted to 0.03972078 as of the subscription trade date. The aggregate number of ETC Securities after this tranche's issuance will total 45,341,955.
The issued securities will be listed and traded on multiple markets including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, Deutsche Börse, Borsa Italiana, London Stock Exchange, and the International Quotation System of the Mexican Stock Exchange. The total expense ratio for these securities is set to 0.12% per annum.
The ETC Securities, due on 23 May 2118, aim to provide exposure to the gold price and are available in various European countries and other regional markets, complying with relevant Prospectus Regulation.
