Amundi Physical Metals plc Issues Final Terms for ETC Securities
Amundi Physical Metals plc has released the final terms for a new tranche of its Amundi Physical Gold ETC. The final terms document, dated 5th July 2024, provides detailed information about the issuance of 15,000 ETC Securities, which forms Tranche 573 of the series.
The ETC Securities are issued under Amundi's Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. The total number of securities in this series now stands at 49,435,755. The initial metal entitlement for these securities is set at 0.04 fine troy ounces of gold with a slightly lower entitlement of 0.03971412 on the subscription trade date.
HSBC Bank plc, Jane Street Financial Limited, and other financial institutions are listed as authorised participants. The nominal amount for the securities is USD 5.085, while the specified interest amount is USD 0.051.
The new tranche of ETC securities will be admitted to trading on several major exchanges including Euronext Paris, the London Stock Exchange, and the Mexican Stock Exchange, among others. The total estimated expenses related to the admission to trading are approximately €3,000.
