Amundi Physical Metals plc Issues Final Terms for Gold-Linked ETC Securities
On 11 June 2024, Amundi Physical Metals plc announced the final terms for its new tranche of gold-linked ETC Securities. The issue, designated as Tranche 559, involves 687,400 ETC Securities under the Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme.
The total number of ETC Securities for the series now stands at 47,216,055 post-issue. These securities are designed to provide an exposure to the price of gold, with the initial metal entitlement set at 0.04 fine troy ounces per security, adjusting to 0.03971869 on the subscription trade date.
The securities are scheduled to mature on 23 May 2118 and have been listed for trading on multiple exchanges, including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, Deutsche Börse, Borsa Italiana, the London Stock Exchange, and the Mexican Stock Exchange. Estimated net proceeds of this issue are USD 64,113,385.56.
