Amundi Physical Metals plc Issues Final Terms for New ETC Securities

Amundi Physical Metals plc has released the final terms for the latest tranche of its Amundi Physical Gold ETC Securities under the Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. The issue comprises 170,000 ETC Securities, marked as Tranche 563. These securities are detailed in the final terms dated 10 June 2024, supplementing the base prospectus from 20 May 2019.

The issue progresses the existing series, bringing the total number of ETC Securities to 48,976,055. The initial metal entitlement is set at 0.04 fine troy ounces, with the subscription trade date entitlement at 0.03971739.

The series issue date is 23 May 2019, with the new tranche issued on 12 June 2024. Amundi has listed these securities on prominent exchanges including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, Deutsche Börse, Borsa Italiana, London Stock Exchange, and the Mexican Stock Exchange's International Quotation System.
