Amundi Physical Metals Plc Issues New Gold ETC Securities

Amundi Physical Metals Plc has announced the issuance of a new tranche of 1,770,000 ETC Securities under its Amundi Physical Gold ETC programme. This is the 680th tranche in the series, increasing the aggregate number of securities to over 58 million. Each security carries a metal entitlement that initially stood at 0.04 fine troy ounces and is now slightly reduced for this tranche.

The new securities will be admitted to trading on major European stock exchanges, including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, and the London Stock Exchange, as well as the International Quotation System of the Mexican Stock Exchange. The issue was approved by the Financial Conduct Authority in the UK, leveraging existing regulatory frameworks.

The ETC Securities present an investment opportunity linked to gold prices, with a scheduled maturity in May 2118. The total expense ratio is pegged at 0.12% per annum, reflecting competitive pricing in the commodities-linked ETC market.
