Amundi Physical Metals Plc Issues New Tranche of ETC Securities
Amundi Physical Metals Plc has announced the final terms for the issuance of 65,000 ETC Securities under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. This tranche, numbered 694, is part of the Amundi Physical Gold ETC series. Each security links to the value of gold, with an initial metal entitlement of 0.04 fine troy ounces.
The securities are set to mature on May 23, 2118, with listing applications submitted for Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, Deutsche Börse, Borsa Italiana, the London Stock Exchange, and the International Quotation System of the Mexican Stock Exchange. The securities provide exposure to gold prices and include a nominal amount of USD 5.085 and a specified interest amount of USD 0.051.
The ETC Securities are offered in several EU member states under a non-exempt offer, administered by authorized participants including HSBC Bank plc and Jane Street Financial Limited. The total expense ratio is 0.12% per annum.
