Amundi Physical Metals plc has announced the final terms for the issuance of 195,000 ETC Securities under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. This issuance, identified as Tranche 594 of the Amundi Physical Gold ETC, follows the regulatory requirements set in the Base Prospectus dated May 20, 2019, and its subsequent supplements.
The total number of ETC Securities after this issuance will reach 49,895,555. Each security has an initial metal entitlement of 0.04 fine troy ounces, adjusting to 0.03970628 ounces on the subscription trade date.
The relevant tranche's issue date is set for September 5, 2024, while the series' issue date is May 23, 2019, with a scheduled maturity date of May 23, 2118. The authorized participants for this issuance include major financial institutions such as HSBC Bank plc and Merrill Lynch International.
Applications have been made to list these securities on Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, Deutsche Börse, Borsa Italiana, the London Stock Exchange, and the International Quotation System of the Mexican Stock Exchange. The estimated total expenses for admission to trading are €3,000, with total net proceeds projected at USD 19,200,402.
