Amundi Physical Metals plc: UK Final Terms

Amundi Physical Metals plc has issued the final terms for the latest tranche of its Amundi Physical Gold ETC securities under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. This issuance involves 90,000 ETC securities, designated as Tranche 584, and forms part of an aggregate of 51,719,555 ETC securities in the series.

The initial metal entitlement at the series issue date was 0.04 fine troy ounces, while the current entitlement stands at 0.03971098. The securities were approved for issuance on 25 April 2019, and the relevant tranche's issue date is set for 31 July 2024. A nominal amount of USD 5.085 per security and a specified interest amount of USD 0.051 are also noted.

Application for trading has been made for Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, Deutsche Börse, Borsa Italiana, London Stock Exchange, and the International Quotation System of the Mexican Stock Exchange. Total expenses related to admission to trading are estimated at €3,000.
