Amundi Physical Metals plc: UK Final Terms Announcement

Amundi Physical Metals Plc has announced the final terms for the issuance of ETC Securities under its Amundi Physical Gold ETC Series. The new tranche, numbered 561, issues 10,000 ETC Securities. These terms are structured according to the Base Prospectus dated 20 May 2019 and further supplemented documentation.

The ETC Securities aim to provide exposure to the price of gold. The tranche has an initial metal entitlement of 0.04 fine troy ounces of gold, with a subscription trade date entitlement of 0.03971804 fine troy ounces. The tranche’s issue date is 7 June 2024, with a maturity date set for 23 May 2118.

The securities will be listed and available for trading on multiple exchanges, including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, Deutsche Börse, Borsa Italiana, London Stock Exchange, and the Mexican Stock Exchange. The total expense ratio stands at 0.12% per annum, reflecting the minimal costs associated with managing these investments.

The issuance was backed by established financial institutions such as HSBC Bank plc, Jane Street Financial Limited, Flow Traders B.V., Optiver VOF, BNP Paribas Arbitrage SNC, Merrill Lynch International, and Virtu Financial Ireland Limited.

With this tranche, the aggregate number of ETC Securities in the series amounts to 47,286,055. The new securities provide a reliable option for investors looking to gain exposure to gold prices amid ongoing economic volatility.
