Amundi Physical Metals plc: UK Final Terms
Amundi Physical Metals plc announced the final terms for the issuance of 125,000 ETC Securities under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. These ETC Securities are part of the 568th tranche of the Amundi Physical Gold ETC series.
The terms are defined in the Base Prospectus dated May 20, 2019, supplemented by the document dated March 4, 2020. The final terms integrate this information with the Current Base Prospectus dated May 3, 2024.
The aggregate number of ETC Securities following this tranche will be 49,955,755, with an initial metal entitlement of 0.04 fine troy ounces, reducing to 0.0397153 troy ounces by the subscription trade date of this tranche. The series issue date was May 23, 2019, and this tranche will be issued on June 28, 2024, with a scheduled maturity date of May 23, 2118.
The ETC Securities will be authorized for trading on multiple stock exchanges, including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, Deutsche Börse, Borsa Italiana, the London Stock Exchange, and the International Quotation System of the Mexican Stock Exchange. The total expenses related to trading admission are estimated at €3,000.
The issuance is managed by authorized participants, including HSBC Bank, Jane Street Financial, Flow Traders, Optiver, BNP Paribas Arbitrage, Merrill Lynch International, and Virtu Financial Ireland. The total expense ratio of the ETC Securities is 0.12% per annum.
