Amundi Physical Metals plc: UK Final Terms for Gold ETC Securities
Amundi Physical Metals plc has released the final terms for its Amundi Physical Gold ETC Securities under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. The issue consists of 474,200 ETC Securities, marking Tranche 590 of this series. These terms are defined in reference to the Base Prospectus dated 20 May 2019 and its supplements.
The issuance increases the aggregate number of ETC Securities for this series to 49,370,555. The initial Metal Entitlement at the series issue date is 0.04 fine troy ounces, with the current entitlement at 0.03970785. The issuance date for this tranche is set for 27 August 2024, and the maturity date remains 23 May 2118.
This tranche will be listed for trading on various stock exchanges, including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, and the London Stock Exchange. Additional participants involved in this issuance include HSBC Bank plc and Merrill Lynch International, among others. The total expense ratio for these securities is 0.12% per annum.
