Amundi Physical Metals plc: UK Final Terms for Gold ETC Securities

Amundi Physical Metals plc has announced the final terms for its issued ETC Securities under the Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme, dated 4 November 2024. The issuance includes 232,000 ETC Securities constituting Tranche 613 of Amundi Physical Gold ETC. The Series initially issued on 24 May 2019, has been expanded through this tranche with a metal entitlement adjustment from 0.04 to 0.03969818 fine troy ounces per security.

The ETC Securities will trade on major European stock exchanges including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, and the London Stock Exchange. The total expense ratio is set at 0.12% per annum, while the nominal amount stands at USD 5.085, reflecting 10% of the issue price per security. The product targets gold price exposure for investors, adhering to the UK Prospectus Regulation framework.

The issuance, authorized on 25 April 2019, follows previous tranches under the same program, with application for trading on additional exchanges anticipated. Key transaction entities include HSBC Bank plc and BNP Paribas Arbitrage SNC, among others.
