Amundi Physical Metals plc: UK Final Terms
Amundi Physical Metals plc has announced the issuance of 250,000 Exchange-Traded Commodities (ETC) Securities as part of its Amundi Physical Gold ETC program. This issuance represents Tranche 575 in the series, contributing to a total of 49,699,055 ETC Securities in circulation.
The new tranche will be issued on July 11, 2024, with a scheduled maturity date of May 23, 2118. The initial metal entitlement for this series, as of the issue date, is 0.04 fine troy ounces of gold per ETC Security. The metal entitlement as of the subscription trade date is 0.0397136 fine troy ounces.
The ETC Securities will be admitted to trading on multiple exchanges, including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, Deutsche Börse, Borsa Italiana, London Stock Exchange, and the International Quotation System of the Mexican Stock Exchange.
HSBC Bank plc, Jane Street Financial Limited, Flow Traders B.V., and other financial institutions are authorized participants for this issuance. The total expense ratio stands at 0.12% per annum, while the nominal amount and specified interest amount per ETC Security are USD 5.085 and USD 0.051, respectively.
