Amundi Physical Metals plc has issued the final terms for its new tranche of ETC Securities under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. The issuance, dated 3 May 2024, involves 215,000 ETC Securities, marking the 548th tranche of the Amundi Physical Gold ETC.
The ETC Securities aim to provide investors exposure to gold prices. The current tranche issues 215,000 securities, with a total series aggregate of 46,440,555 ETC Securities. The issue date for this tranche is 8 May 2024, following the initial series issue date of 23 May 2019.
The ETC Securities are listed on multiple major stock exchanges, including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, Deutsche Börse, Borsa Italiana, and the London Stock Exchange. They are also traded on the International Quotation System of the Mexican Stock Exchange.
The current total expense ratio is set at 0.12% per annum. Initial Metal Entitlement for the securities stands at 0.04 fine troy ounces, adjusted to 0.03972235 troy ounces as of the subscription trade date.
