Amundi Physical Metals plc: UK Final Terms Overview
Amundi Physical Metals plc has released the final terms for its Amundi Physical Gold ETC issuance under its Secured Precious Metals Linked ETC Securities Programme. The issued tranche constitutes 250,000 ETC Securities, listed as Tranche 591 of Amundi Physical Gold ETC. The terms are an extension of the base prospectus initially released on 20 May 2019 and supplemented on 4 March 2020.
The detailed final terms were dated 23 August 2024, and the ETC Securities are due for issuance on 28 August 2024. Each security's metal entitlement at this tranche's subscription trade date is 0.03970772 fine troy ounces of gold. The issue matures on 23 May 2118.
Applications have been made for listing the securities on multiple major exchanges, including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, Deutsche Börse, Borsa Italiana, and the London Stock Exchange. Additionally, the securities will trade on the International Quotation System of the Mexican Stock Exchange.
The total expense ratio stands at 0.12% per annum for these securities. The issue has several authorized participants, including HSBC Bank plc, Jane Street Financial Limited, and BNP Paribas Arbitrage SNC, amongst others.
The estimated net proceeds of this issuance are USD 24,928,500, with related admission expenses totaling €3,000. The final terms signify a continuation of Amundi’s commitment to providing secure, gold-backed exchange-traded commodities.
