Amundi Physical Metals plc: UK Final Terms Released
Amundi Physical Metals plc (GLDA) has announced the final terms for a new tranche of its Amundi Physical Gold ETC Securities. The new issuance, dated August 13, 2024, involves 20,000 ETC Securities, bringing the total to 49,062,855 for this series.
The securities, intended for the regulated markets of Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, Deutsche Börse, Borsa Italiana, and the London Stock Exchange, are part of the company's Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. This issuance aligns with the Base Prospectus dated May 20, 2019, supplemented on March 4, 2020.
The Metal Entitlement per security initially stood at 0.04 fine troy ounces, reducing to 0.03970902 as of the trade date. HSBC Bank plc, Jane Street Financial Limited, and other major financial institutions are authorized participants for the securities.
The issued securities, priced at USD 5.085 each, have an associated annual expense ratio of 0.12% and will reach maturity on May 23, 2118. Applications for trading on the International Quotation System of the Mexican Stock Exchange are also underway.
