Amundi Physical Metals plc: UK Final Terms

On April 17, 2024, Amundi Physical Metals plc released the final terms for the Amundi Physical Gold ETC Securities under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. The issuance involves 87,200 ETC Securities, part of Tranche 546. Terms are based on the Conditions found in the Base Prospectus dated May 20, 2019, and the Supplement dated March 4, 2020.

The issuance date is slated for April 19, 2024, with a scheduled maturity date of May 23, 2118. The Metal Entitlement per ETC Security as of the subscription trade date stands at 0.03972444 fine troy ounces. Regulatory approvals were secured on April 25, 2019, and HSBC Bank plc is among the authorised participants.

The ETC Securities will be admitted to trading on Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, Deutsche Börse, Borsa Italiana, the London Stock Exchange, and the International Quotation System of the Mexican Stock Exchange. Total expenses for admission to trading are estimated at €3,000.
