Andreas Gerber to Join LLB Group's Executive Management

The Board of Directors at Liechtensteinische Landesbank (LLB) has officially named Andreas Gerber as the new member of its Group Executive Management and Head of the Retail & Corporate Banking division. This decision awaits confirmation from the supervisory authorities. Gerber will start his role on August 1, 2024, succeeding Urs Müller, who is set to retire at the end of 2024 after nearly three decades with the LLB Group.

Andreas Gerber brings over 35 years of experience in the banking sector, primarily focusing on corporate client services at Credit Suisse. His previous role was as Head of Corporate Clients at Credit Suisse (Schweiz) AG until July 2023. Gerber's extensive background is accompanied by a well-founded education in business administration and executive programs in Switzerland and the USA.

Upon joining, Gerber will oversee the corporate and direct client business, ensuring continuity and further growth in these segments. His appointment aligns with the LLB Group's strategic goals, aiming to strengthen its position and accelerate growth. LLB praises outgoing member Urs Müller for his significant contributions and welcomes Gerber, emphasizing his expertise and leadership qualities as vital for the Group's future success.
