Shuraa Expands its European Presence with an Office in Paris

Shuraa Business Setup, specializing in business creation and consulting in the United Arab Emirates, is preparing to open an office in Paris in November 2026. This initiative aims to support French and European companies wishing to expand their operations in the UAE. At the Business Scale-Up UAE - Paris Edition event, held on October 1st at the UAE Embassy in France, Shuraa presented the key steps for accessing the Emirati market.

The announcement, made by Waseem Rather, Shuraa's European director, underscores the group's intention to facilitate access for European companies to the United Arab Emirates market. Trade between France and the UAE reached €10.8 billion in 2025, signifying a growing economic relationship. Paris thus becomes Shuraa's fourth European office, after London, Amsterdam, and Munich, consolidating its regional presence.
