Annual General Meeting of Deutsche Konsum REIT-AG Successfully Held
The Annual General Meeting of Deutsche Konsum REIT-AG took place in Berlin on 31 May 2024. The gathering confirmed Johannes Boot and Achim Betz on the Supervisory Board. Their terms will conclude at the 2026 Annual General Meeting.
DOMUS AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft/Steuerberatungsgesellschaft was appointed as auditor for the financial year 2023/2024. The Compensation Report for the financial year 2022/2023, prepared in line with Section 162 AktG, was approved.
Management Board members Christian Hellmuth and Alexander Kroth were discharged from their responsibilities for 2022/2023. However, Rolf Elgeti was not discharged for his contributions during the same period. Other Supervisory Board members were discharged for the past financial year.
Amendments to the Articles of Association regarding participation rights in the AGM were approved. However, the proposal to create new Authorised Capital 2024/I did not secure a majority.
