Annual General Meeting of DF Deutsche Forfait AG Approves All Agenda Items

DF Deutsche Forfait AG held its Annual General Meeting in Cologne on 2 July 2024. Shareholders representing 85% of the share capital attended. The meeting saw the approval of all agenda items by a strong majority.

The Management Board discussed the past financial year, noting significant challenges in the second half but ultimately ending with a profit. They also outlined plans for future diversification in target markets and product offerings.

A notable highlight was the announcement of DF AG's first M&A deal. The company acquired all assets of Vagabund Brauerei GmbH in Berlin, integrating a popular craft beer brewery into DF Group.

Other approvals included the actions of the Board and Supervisory Board, a renewed authorization to acquire treasury shares, and amendments to the Articles of Association. KPMC Audit GmbH was elected the new auditor.

CEO Dr. Behrooz Abdolvand expressed satisfaction with the high shareholder participation and engagement during the meeting.
