Berlin, June 26, 2024. The Annual General Meeting of Eckert & Ziegler SE resolved to split-off Pentixapharm AG from Eckert & Ziegler SE. Additionally, a dividend of EUR 0.05 per share will be distributed for the 2023 financial year.
