Anticipated Changes to the Supervisory Board of ANDRITZ AG
ANDRITZ AG, based in Graz, announces an upcoming evolution in the composition of its supervisory board. The company revealed on February 23, 2024, that it will submit for a vote at the annual general meeting on March 21, 2024, the election of two new members to the supervisory board.
The terms of Dr. h.c. Monika Kircher and Dr. Alexander Leeb are set to expire at the next annual AGM. Kircher has been a member since 2014, and Leeb has been a member since 2019 and chairman since 2022. The two proposed new members are Prof. Elisabeth Stadler and Dr. Regina Prehofer, both with notable experience in the insurance and banking sectors, respectively.
Stadler, formerly CEO of VIG Vienna Insurance Group AG until July 2023, and Prehofer, with a rich background in banking and appointed vice-rector of the Vienna University of Economics and Business, will be proposed for a term extending until the 2028 AGM.
