Walid Damou to Join Antin Infrastructure Partners as Group CFO
Antin Infrastructure Partners has announced the appointment of Walid Damou as Group Chief Financial Officer and Partner, starting February 2026. Damou, who brings a wealth of experience in corporate finance and private markets, will take over from Patrice Schuetz, who recently departed for another opportunity.
Walid Damou joins from CVC Capital Partners, where he was Head of Business Development and Shareholder Relations. His career includes nearly a decade at Morgan Stanley's Investment Banking Division and a role at Credit Suisse beginning in 2011. Damou also advised on Antin's IPO in 2021.
Alain Rauscher, Co-Founder and CEO of Antin, expressed enthusiasm about Damou's appointment, citing his industry expertise and knowledge of Antin. Damou himself remarked on the honor of joining Antin, praising its impressive track record and looking forward to contributing to its growth.
