Antin Infrastructure Partners Releases Half-Year Liquidity Contract Statement
Antin Infrastructure Partners has issued its half-year liquidity contract statement as per the French Financial Markets Authority’s decision N°2021-01. As of 30 June 2024, the company had 101,172 Antin shares and €92,070 available. There were 2,092 buy-side transactions amounting to 298,861 shares worth €4,139,378, and 1,856 sell-side transactions totaling 278,089 shares worth €3,852,559.
At the inception of the liquidity contract with BNP Paribas on 25 March 2022, there were no Antin shares and €2,000,000 available. By 31 December 2023, resources available were 78,900 Antin shares and €392,164.
