VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / July 8, 2024 / Apex Critical Metals Corp. (CSE:APXC)(OTCQB:APXCF) has announced a new investor relations agreement with Rumble Strip Media Inc. The agreement aims to enhance investor awareness for Apex.
Rumble Strip Media Inc. will provide social media, marketing, and consulting services to Apex. In return, Rumble will receive an upfront payment of CAD$300,000. These services may include activities falling under investor relations as defined by applicable securities laws and the Canadian Securities Exchange policies.
Rumble Strip Media Inc. and its principals are independent of Apex, and, to Apex's knowledge, Rumble holds no securities of the company.
