Appointment of a co-judicial administrator at GAUSSIN

GAUSSIN, a company specializing in innovative transport and logistics solutions, announced the appointment of Philippe Jeannerot as co-judicial administrator.

Philippe Jeannerot had already been appointed by the Vesoul Commercial Court as provisional administrator to resolve governance dysfunctions. The Court deemed it necessary to continue its mission within the framework of the company protection procedure.

The Court, in its judgment of June 19, 2024, therefore appointed SELARL AJRS, represented by Me Jeannerot, as co-judicial administrator with assistance mission. Me Jeannerot will work alongside Me Charles-Henri Carboni, also a judicial administrator.
