Appointment of a new expert for the takeover bid of Bolloré SE

Compagnie du Cambodge has appointed BM&A, represented by Pierre Béal, as its new independent expert. This appointment comes after the AMF opposed the previous choice of Accuracy. The expert's mission is to assess the fairness of the financial conditions of the public withdrawal offer followed by a mandatory squeeze-out initiated by Bolloré SE. This offer targets the shares of Compagnie du Cambodge. The approach is based on Article 261-1 of the AMF regulations.

Prior to its appointment, BM&A received prior approval from the AMF. The expert will provide a report that will guide the Supervisory Board in issuing a new opinion on the transaction, in accordance with current regulations.
