Appointment of Gilles-Emmanuel Trutat as President of WELL

Paris, France – June 21, 2024 – The investment company WELL announces the appointment of Gilles-Emmanuel Trutat as President and member of the board of directors, effective June 13, 2024. He replaces Vincent de Mauny, who resigned.

The Board of Directors believes that Gilles-Emmanuel Trutat, thanks to his background and experience, is qualified to contribute to the success of WELL. Trutat declares having found a complex situation and plans, after a significant injection of funds, to refocus WELL on the ODMOT brand to support its development.

Gilles-Emmanuel Trutat holds a master's degree in law from the University of Paris II and an MBA from HEC–Université de Montréal. He is the founder of Capital Système Investissements and has held various senior positions in the financial sector, notably at EFG Bank and UBS.R. E.
