Appointment of new members of the Board of Directors at LDC
SOCIETE LDC has announced the appointment of new members to its Management Board. The Supervisory Board decided, on August 22, 2024, to integrate Mr. François Guillet and Mr. Alexis Lambert into this management body.
The terms of office of these new members will take effect from 1 November 2024 and will end on 25 August 2028, in line with the remaining term of office of the other members of the Board of Directors.
The LDC company, based in Sablé-sur-Sarthe, is thus strengthening its governance with these new appointments, demonstrating its dynamism and its desire to prepare for the future.
