Appointments to the Veolia Board of Directors

Following a meeting on March 11, 2025, Veolia's Board of Directors announced the proposed appointment of three new independent directors. These appointments will be submitted to the General Meeting on April 24, 2025.
Philippe Brassac, current CEO of Crédit Agricole SA, Arnaud Caudoux, Deputy CEO of Bpifrance, and Elena Salgado, President of the Abertis Foundation, are expected to join the board. Each appointment is part of pre-existing agreements with the parties concerned.
Subject to approval by the general meeting, Brassac will join the Nominations and Purpose Committees. Caudoux will join the Accounts, Audit, and Research Committees. Salgado will serve on the Compensation and Research Committees.
The board aims for balanced diversity, which is important for the company's capacity for innovation and adaptation.
