Approval of Independent Audit Company by Garanti Bank

Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. (TGBD) has confirmed the selection of Güney Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. (EY) as its independent audit company for the fiscal year 2025. This decision was sanctioned by the General Assembly under Article 399 of the Turkish Commercial Code. The audit will encompass the examination of financial reports, including those prepared according to the Turkish Sustainability Reporting Standards.

The Istanbul Trade Registry Office registered this decision on April 9, 2025, and it was subsequently published in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette. The bank affirmed that the information aligns with standards and its internal records, ensuring transparency and accountability.
