Approval of resolutions by the DANAE GROUP AGM

On June 28, 2024, the ordinary general meeting of shareholders of ENTREPRENDRE approved all of the resolutions presented. This meeting also validated the annual accounts for the financial year ending December 31, 2023 and the appointment of three new directors.

These appointments follow the acquisition by Groupe Entreprendre of a controlling stake in the company, leading to a change in the composition of the board of directors. The new board includes Emeline Santerre, Alexandre Aidoudi and Marc Temine. Madame Santerre was appointed CEO.

In addition, a simplified public purchase offer will be proposed for the shares not held at 8.43 euros per share. An independent expert (Sorgem Evaluation) will evaluate the financial conditions of this offer.
