Aranis Group has disclosed the details of the transactions on its own shares carried out from September 2 to 6, 2024. In accordance with the authorizations of the General Meeting of February 9, 2024 and the regulations in force, these transactions concern the shares FR0014003U94.
On September 3, Aramis Group acquired 6,150 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 5.1654 per share. On September 4, an additional 507 shares were repurchased at an average price of EUR 5.1921 per share. This brings the total to 6,657 shares for an average of EUR 5.1675 per share.
