Arcueil, August 27, 2024 - Aramis Group has announced the purchase of its own shares. These transactions were authorized by the General Assembly on February 9, 2024, and comply with share buyback regulations.
Between August 19 and August 23, 2024, Aramis Group acquired a total of 4,775 shares, identified under code FR0014003U94. The daily weighted average purchase price was 5.1982 euros per share. The transactions were conducted on the XPAR market.
