Arcus Development Group Inc. Announces New Leadership Appointments

Arcus Development Group Inc. (TSXV:ADG) has appointed Eric Negraeff, Jeremy Hanson, and Kiya Hushyar as directors. Christopher Cooper takes on the roles of Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary. Darryl Jones, a current director, steps in as Interim Chief Executive Officer.

Eric Negraeff brings over 20 years in capital markets. As V.P. of Corporate Development at Incite Capital Markets, he specializes in strategic planning and investor relations.

Jeremy Hanson, a geoscientist with 12 years' experience, leads Hardline Exploration Corp. and serves as VP Exploration at Garibaldi Resources Corp.

Kiya Hushyar, expert in finance, has a background in structured financing and M&A. He chairs Arcus's Audit Committee.

Christopher Cooper, experienced in corporate development, has facilitated growth in oil, gas, and mining sectors.
