Argan Announces Increase in Investments and Dividend

At the combined general meeting on March 20, 2025, Argan announced a 30% increase in its investments for 2025-2026, totaling €220 million. These funds will be dedicated to 11 new developments, 60% of which represent acquisitions. The average return on these projects is estimated at 6%.

Argan also announced a 5% increase in its dividend for 2024, to €3.30 per share, with the option of payment in shares. These decisions underscore the company's growth and debt reduction strategy.

The dividend will be detached on March 26, 2025, for payment on April 17. Shareholders will be able to choose the option of payment in shares from March 28 to April 11, 2025.
