Arkema Announces Share Buyback Transactions
Colombes, 26 August 2024 - Arkema disclosed its trading activities involving the repurchase of its own shares from 19 August to 23 August 2024. This action adheres to Article 5 §2 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014.
During this period, Arkema conducted the following transactions:
On 19 August, the company acquired 2272 shares at a weighted average price of €79.9027 per share. The same number of shares was bought on 20 August at €79.8837 each. On 21 August, the shares were purchased at €80.0443 apiece. The transactions continued on 22 August and 23 August, with shares priced at €80.5722 and €80.8904 respectively. Altogether, Arkema repurchased 11,360 shares at an average price of €80.2587.
