Arkema Announces Share Buyback Transactions
Colombes, 05 August 2024 – Arkema has disclosed its latest share buyback activities. The company executed buyback transactions from 29 July to 02 August 2024. These actions are conducted in alignment with Article 5 §2 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
During this period, Arkema repurchased a total of 4,544 shares. The weighted average price of acquisition was €84.2605. The daily breakdown of transactions is as follows:
On 01 August 2024, Arkema bought 2,272 shares at a weighted average price of €85.1949. On 02 August 2024, another 2,272 shares were repurchased at an average price of €83.3261. All transactions were carried out on the XPAR market under the financial instrument identifier code FR0010313833.
