Arkema's Share Buyback Activities from June 9 to June 13, 2025
Arkema has disclosed its share buyback activities conducted between June 9 and June 13, 2025, in alignment with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014. During this period, the company repurchased a total of 19,200 shares.
On June 9, Arkema bought 3,200 shares at a weighted average price of €61.09 per share. The following day, 3,000 shares were acquired at €62.32 each. On June 11, 3,000 more shares were purchased at €63.20 per share. The buyback continued on June 12 and 13, with Arkema acquiring 5,000 shares each day at average prices of €60.80 and €60.41, respectively.
